Spray Painting & Hand Painting
Spray painting creates even base colors, gradients and shading, while hand painting adds facial features, fine details and decorative effects. These methods can be combined to achieve the desired appearance, with matte, satin or gloss finishes selected for the design.
Suitable for: Custom figurines, vinyl toys, resin statues, mascot figures and souvenir magnets.

Pad Printing & Screen Printing
Pad printing uses a flexible silicone pad to transfer fine graphics onto small, curved or uneven surfaces, including figure eyes and logos. Screen printing transfers ink through a mesh stencil and suits larger graphics on flat or simple curved surfaces.
Suitable for: Toy components, plastic accessories, acrylic merchandise and metal gifts.

UV Printing
UV digital printing applies full-color artwork directly to compatible acrylic, plastic and metal surfaces without printing plates. Depending on the equipment and ink system, options include white ink, clear varnish and raised textures. Surface preparation and ink adhesion are assessed for each material.
Suitable for: Acrylic standees, custom keychains, metal bookmarks and printed display pieces.

Electroplating & Metallic Effects
Electroplating, vacuum metallization and metallic-effect coatings provide different routes to a metallic appearance. We select suitable methods for the base material and desired finish, including mirror, satin or antique-style effects. Adhesion, protective coatings and durability requirements are reviewed for each project.
Suitable for: Metal keychains, badges, medals, collectible figures and decorative accessories.

Electrostatic Flocking
Electrostatic flocking applies short fibers to adhesive-coated surfaces, creating a soft, velvet-like texture. Full-surface or selective flocking adds tactile contrast to custom figures and decorative products. Fibers, adhesives and curing conditions are selected to suit the material and intended use.
Suitable for: Collectible figures, mascot toys, decorative accessories and gift packaging.

Imitation Hard Enamel Filling
Colored resin is filled into recessed areas of a metal design, cured and polished to create a smooth surface with clearly defined metal outlines. Also known as Epola, this process combines solid colors and a polished finish for custom metal merchandise.
Suitable for: Custom enamel pins, badges, medals, metal keychains and souvenir magnets.
