- Incoming Material Inspection——We review relevant material documentation and check appearance and basic material conditions before production begins.
- In-Process Inspection——We monitor key production stages such as molding, coloring, printing, and assembly to identify potential issues early.
- Pre-Shipment Inspection——We check appearance, dimensions, color, function, and workmanship against approved samples and product specifications.
- Packaging Verification——We verify packaging materials, quantities, labels, carton markings, and other confirmed shipping requirements.
Inspection requirements can be adjusted according to the product and customer specifications. Third-party inspections can also be arranged upon request.
