Soft PVC Molding

Soft PVC Molding

Different colors of liquid PVC are dispensed into separate mold areas, followed by mold closing, heating, cooling and demolding. The process creates rounded 3D shapes with clearly defined color sections, typically with lower tooling costs and faster sampling than injection molding.

Suitable for: Custom PVC keychains, small mascot figures, corporate gifts and promotional merchandise, including market-testing projects and smaller initial production runs.

PVC & ABS Injection Molding

PVC & ABS Injection Molding

PVC or ABS is heated and plasticized, then injected under high pressure into custom molds. The process offers short molding cycles, while assembly, spray painting and hand painting help reproduce fine details. Higher tooling costs make it better suited to high-volume production and repeat orders.

Suitable for: Collectible figures, multi-part figures and articulated action figures, particularly projects with an established development budget and ongoing production plans.

Custom Acrylic Products: UV Printing & Laser Cutting

Custom Acrylic Products: UV Printing & Laser Cutting

Full-color UV printing reproduces character artwork, logos and custom graphics on acrylic sheets, while laser cutting creates custom shapes. Depending on the design, production may include layered bonding, lamination, liquid filling and assembly.

Suitable for: Acrylic standees, display pieces, liquid-filled charms and custom acrylic keychains for character merchandise, branded gifts and promotions.

Resin Casting for Custom Figurines & Collectibles

Resin Casting for Custom Figurines & Collectibles

A 3D-printed master is used to create silicone molds. Polyurethane or epoxy resin is mixed, vacuum-degassed and cast, then cured, demolded, finished and painted to reproduce fine sculpted details. This process supports small-batch production, multiple designs and rapid product iteration.

Suitable for: Custom resin figurines, collectible statues, landmark models and museum replicas.

Zinc Alloy Die Casting for Custom Metal Gifts

Zinc Alloy Die Casting for Custom Metal Gifts

Zinc alloy is die-cast into custom shapes with raised details, then ground and polished. Finishing options include imitation hard enamel, baked paint and electroplating. We recommend suitable production methods and finishes based on your design, appearance requirements and budget.

Suitable for: Corporate commemorative badges, school emblems, event pins, medals, custom metal keychains and souvenir fridge magnets.

Soft Vinyl Molding for Custom Toys

Soft Vinyl Molding for Custom Toys

Liquid PVC plastisol is heated and rotated inside metal molds to form hollow vinyl shells. Material formulation, wall thickness and mold surface texture can be adjusted to achieve a soft feel, squeeze-and-rebound effects or a matte appearance.

Suitable for: Custom vinyl toys, blind box figures, vinyl-and-plush keychains, medium-to-large collectible figures and city-themed character merchandise.
